Sign in to SingleCare.com and choose the drop down arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner, click on “View Card."
Click on "Request a new one".
You will then be given the option to correct your address if needed. Once you have confirmed that the address is correct, simply hit "Submit" and we'll send a new card to you. The old card will be deactivated, so be sure to print out a copy of the new card numbers. You can also access your new card details at any time with our convenient app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
